Last week I travelled North up the Hume Freeway into NSW to my brother's farm near the small town of Humula. It's only 2 hours drive from my place and slightly higher elevation which means the nights are cold and they have frosty cold mornings. I went up there to help with lamb marking which is done around this time every year. I took my camera but didn't have much time for photographs. Below is pretty much all I managed to get.
For those of you who keep an eye on my blog you may remember a photo of Jose as "The Guardian" of a friends mob of sheep. Here is is having his first haircut in 4 years and he was so calm and relaxed during the process. We had gathered reinforcements in case he had to be restrained but that wasn't necessary so I was able to take photos instead.
